  • We try to provide products that are warehouse in the USA.  These products are normally shipped within 2-3 days and could take up to 2 weeks to receive. If the product is shipped through our international suppliers, it is normally shipped within 5 to 7 days and could take up to 2 weeks to receive, after shipment. 

6. What are your shipping charges?

  • The majority of our products are shipped Free of Charge.  When you are checking out, the Shipping cost will be displayed depending on your zip code. 

7. Do you offer gift wrapping?

  • No, we do not. 

8. What is your return and exchange policy?

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
    • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and if free shipping was provided, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
